1246B Fully Automatic Box Production Line – 1 Wrapper
This machine is designed to automatically apply adhesive to the cover sheet for wrapping which is transported on a vacuum belt to the rigid box application robot. This model includes automatic inline corner taping. The corner taper will automatically form the box by folding the 4 sides up of the grooved or die cut board. When this process is complete the tape is applied to all 4 corners simultaneously and the box blank will then enter the hopper on the robot ready to be placed onto the glued sheet. The robot picks the box from the hopper and precisely places the rigid box in position on the glued sheet, with a tolerance of +-0.1mm. The gluing unit is equipped with a high-capacity hopper, incorporating no sheet detector and hot animal glue with precision rollers and glue circulating pump with viscosity control. After the box has been placed, the conveyor moves the box to the pressing position to ensure prefect contact on the base before moving to the box wrapper. The box wrapper will automatically take the box and glued sheet from the conveyor into the forming station where it will wrap the cover material around the box to a very high-quality finish. The finished box then exits the wrapper via a short conveyor.
The machine features fast wash up time, under 2 mins. Changeover time is around 20-30mins via touchscreen, the operator will need to install the mould/tool on the taping and forming/wrapping station manually. The robot camera system is adjustable to recognise a wide range of colours. This model has one wrapping/forming station and allows the cover material to be wrapped onto the base inside the box, and also manages slanted boxes, 3 sided boxes etc with a modification (additional cost) to the wrapping stations.
This model has the option to be equipped with a special hopper alongside the box unit for automatically placing up to 5 pieces of board for book, file, ring binder and gameboard production and also for producing hard cover wrapped luxury rigid boxes – the rigid box would be placed onto the cover by hand. The machine can also be connected to an automatic edge turning unit for completing the case inline.

The box Wrappers will automatically take the boxes and glued sheets alternately from the conveyor into the forming stations where they will wrap the cover material around the boxes to a very high quality. The finished boxes then exit the wrappers via a short conveyor. Fast wash up time, under 2 mins.
Changeover time is approx. 30mins if using one wrapping station, around 45mins if using both wrapping stations which is completed on the touch screen, tooling/mould change for each box size is the only manual adjustments required.
This model allows the cover material to be wrapped onto the base inside the box, and also manages slanted boxes, 3 sided boxes etc with a modification (additional cost) to the wrapping stations. This model incorporates 2 Wrapping stations.

PBS 900A Double Channel Automatic Box Making Line
This line can produce lids and bases at the same time!! Or you can choose to make two completely different boxes at the same time, either lids or bases. It can produce up to 1500 pairs or boxes per hour!! This line consists of two quad stayers for forming and taping the boxes from grooved or die cut boards, a double channel small conveyor to transport the boxes to the robot, an automatic gluing machine with a double sheet feeder which includes viscosity control, a vacuum conveyor, a positioning robot, a pressing station and a double forming/wrapping station to simultaneously complete the wrapping of the cover material around the box carcass. Set up is completely digital, apart from installing the box mould/tooling for each box size... set up time is approx 1-2 hours.
