These machines are designed to help you print faster, more accurately, more efficiently and easier with CMYK, Varnish and White onto a range of products and materials. The vacuum table helps keep the products secure on the print bed, and there are a range of optional jigs available to hold uneven products such as pens, golf balls etc, including rotary jigs for cylindrical products such as bottles and candles.

PSG RJ Digital Book Edge Printer

This book edge printing machine is designed to print text, patterns, motifs, solid colours etc which are loaded into the machine digitally. The complete printing process runs automatically. The only manual processes are feeding and delivering the book.

  • Hardcover blocks with square or rounded backs (pre casing-in)
  • Bindings with dispersion glue (PVA) as well as EVA and PUR

  • Potentially Rigid Boxes can be processed

    • Sewn books must be spine pressed to regulate thickness by removing the swell and air for effective quality printing.
    • Rounding and Backing should be undertaken after Edge Printing.
